Hi everyone....Hope you are all doing well.....

I am working on updating the Operating Procedures and Ordinances that regulate our Dry Waste and Recycling Collection Site and all waste collection operations. Hi Connie...I'm not familiar with any of Effingham County requirements, but have prepared SOP, SWP3 and SPCC documents for transfer stations, lumber mills, and landfills in Georgia and Florida. Have you added any processes/modifications to your existing operations, added buildings/structures, or had any compliance issues? If you email me what your existing SOP...I can look into SOPs that you may not have or may need to be updated.
