HI Marc....we went from green box sites to automated about 11 years ago. that was a huge change for our residents and it took some time to adjust. there's still a few good old boys who are determined not to adjust. from our perspective though, it's the best thing we ever did! don't know if my information will help you any, but i'd be glad to talk to you more about it. thx...connie
